If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or your purchase is damaged upon delivery, we're here to help.


You have 28-days to return any product that is damaged or not to your expectation from the day you receive it.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition to which you received it, it must also be contained in the original packing. If the packaging has been removed from the product please place the product in a suitable material/cover before shipping back to us.

You will need to contact us with a proof of purchase or a receipt.

(Please make note of your reference number when you get in contact).


Once we have received your item, we will inspect and notify you that we have received it.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will refund your payment via the same method in which you originally purchased the product. Please be mindful that remuneration to your account may take up to 7-working days following approval.

Damaged Items

Inspect all your items upon delivery, should any items be missing or faulty please contact us with photographic evidence. We will then be in touch to resolve any issues either by replacing the faulty/missing goods or via a refund.


All our products are provided with inclusive delivery with a shipping time between 3 and 5 business days; however, this may differ during busy seasonal periods. We aim to have your item(s) dispatched at the earliest opportunity. For larger palletised goods this can vary, for such items we will keep you informed every step of the way.  

Should you require faster shipping options please contact us, this will however be subject to additional charge. Alternatively, we offer Click & Collect on all orders should you be local to our distribution centre in Wigan. 

We ship throughout the United Kingdom, we do not ship internationally at this time.
